Booking Procedure

All booking enquiries and accommodation payments should be made through Pete Bramwell or Susan Crossfield at the booking office in Herford. REME Facilities Bavaria ES Branch HQ 1(UK) Armoured Division BFPO 15. Tel: Civil 0049 5221 995 3447 (Herford Military 3447). Please note that bookings are not accepted by email.

Once the initial booking has been made, a letter of confirmation will be sent out requesting a 30% deposit to secure the accommodation. The remaining balance will be required approximately 6 weeks before commencement of the visit.

Bookings will not be accepted more than one season in advance (i.e. for all winter bookings no earlier than 1st June, and for all summer bookings no earlier than 1st December).

The links below open pages (in Microsoft Excel format) showing availability at the Hotel and ATC respectively. These pages are updated periodically, normally weekly. If you have recently made a booking but it does not appear on the sheet, do not worry it has not been lost!
